INSPIRING TENNIS DATA PROTECTION POLICY

 

At Inspiring Tennis, we retain personal data to:

• Maintain registers of attendees of lessons/tournaments and retain for a reasonable length of time as appropriate.

• To contact you in advance of events/coaching programmes, or in the event of an emergency.

• To keep record of payments made.

 

We do not share your details other than:

• If Bognor Lawn Tennis Club requests details (members only).

• On occasions I need to share registers and/or contact details with other coaches working alongside myself.

 

There may be occasions where your child may be photographed for use in promotion of BLTC or coaching programmes, and sometimes requested for printing in local papers.
